Elizabeth Moffly Slams Good Ol’ Boys Network

Elizabeth Moffly Slams Good Ol' Boys NetworkBy Paul Gable

First Congressional District Republican candidate Elizabeth Moffly scored big at the expense of her Congressional race opponents when she slammed the Good Ol’ Boys network that has controlled politics in South Carolina for too long.

Moffly, the only woman among 16 Republican candidates in the March 19th primary, told it like it is about her top competitors in the race in a You Tube video that complements her “Good Ol’ Boys” radio ad.

Moffly, in succession, scored on:

Mark Sanford for breaking his promise to only serve three terms in Congress
Teddy Turner for his Nannygate affair
Larry Grooms for rewarding his donors
Curtis Bostic for being a big spender on Charleston County Council
John Kuhn for killing a bill to punish Internet predators
Chip Limehouse for his buffoonery in claiming his email was hacked by Attorney General Eric Holder

To date, the race for the First Congressional District Republican nomination has been a ho-hum affair at best. Moffly’s video will add some much-needed zest to the final 10 days before the initial primary voting.

Finally, a real political contest!
